hi there - i'm sorry if this is off topic slightly, but i need information.. i am not learned in this area of science and wondered if it is true that there is a fault within human dna that science assumes is the reason we break down and die and are unable to explain.. forgive my ignorance here.
this question spins off from a conversation i had this afternoon with an ex-jw who wishes to get back to the kingdom hall and was using this argument to present his ideas to me.
i told him that i was not aware of this particular area of study but would look into it for him.. i am assuming that he read this in an awake article maybe?.

When police arrived at the home, the teenagers were groggy but conscious. They were taken to the hospital, where their stomachs were pumped. They were released from the hospital Sunday and have since been placed in protective custody.
Police said that Snare allegedly dissolved 20 sleeping tablets in each child's drink. Snare told police that she had allegedly drugged her grandchildren "to teach everyone a lesson," police said. Snare reportedly did not approve of some of the decisions being made in the children's lives and was apparently upset because the couple wanted to raise the children as Jehovah's Witnesses.

first off....let me qualify something.
lets keep this to modern day christians in civilized lands.. many on this board are non-believers, and there are quite a number of christians.....so we have a mix.. non believers feel they need to speak out concerning what they have come to understand regarding the bibles authenticity to believers because they feel these ones need to at least see the sceptical side so they can make an honest choice.. believers feel they need to speak out to others concerning what they have come to understand about salvation.
here's the deal..............if believers can live a happy, good, healthy life, and take this to the grave with them..........should a non-believer try to mess all that up.....or leave well enough alone?.
